How do I book a lesson?

  1. Go to Vagaro booking page, then select “Services”, and choose the one that fits your dance goals the best (for example “Wedding dance flow - 1hr”, “1hr Solo & Partner Flow Combo - Private studio”);

  2. Choose the date. You will see all the available instructors and times for that day;

  3. Click on the time that works best for you. It will the prompt you to sign into your account to complete the booking;

  4. Proceed to create/ log into your Vagaro account (it’s just a few steps process!);

  5. Enter your credit card info. This is needed only to reserve your time. Your credit card will not be charged until after your first lesson.

  6. Complete the booking. You will receive a confirmation email shortly with all the information needed for your first visit.

How do I book the package?

  1. Go to Vagaro booking page, then select “Packages”, and choose the one that fits your dance goals the best (for example “10Hr Wedding dance flow , “5 Hr Solo & Partner Flow Combo - Private studio”).

  2. Proceed to create/log into your Vagaro account.

  3. Enter your credit card info & submit the payment.

How do I book the lessons after having purchased the package?

Please, go to our Vagaro Booking Page to book your lessons included in the package: 

  1. Log into your account. 

  2. Select Services tab. 

  3. Choose the service that matches/is included in the Package you purchased (for example, SERVICE “Wedding dance flow 1 Hour” is included in/matches PACKAGES  “5 Hour Wedding dance flow Package” or  “10 Hour Wedding dance flow Package”; where as SERVICE “Wedding dance flow 1hr - Private Studio Lesson - 1 Hour”; is included in the PACKAGES “5 Hour Private Studio - Wedding First Dance Package” or  “10 Hour Private Studio - Wedding First Dance Package”) and tap BOOK NOW. 

  4. Select the day & time that works best for you. 

  5. Select View Order Summary in your shopping cart. 

  6. You can see that the package has been applied. Tap BOOK.

Note: Each lesson will be deducted from your package once we check out through our Vagaro app at the end of our session. You will then receive the Receipt showing the value of your lesson (for example, $150) as well as amount paid which will be $0.00 (since you already got the Package). 

HOW DO I BOOK A GIFT CARD?

To PURCHASE the right gift card, click HERE and follow these steps:

1) Select the category (Business created/Congratulations/Birthday etc.)

2) Select the design that you prefer and that will be used for your digital gift card

3) Add the name, email/phone and message for the recipient. You can choose “Send now” or schedule the time for your recipient to receive a gift card.

4) Click on “Select a service” and choose the preferred dance lesson

5) Select the amount of lessons you would like to gift

6) Add to cart and complete the checkout

To REEDEM a gift card, follow these steps:

1) Select the service that matches your gift card and click on “Add to cart”.

2) Proceed to checkout.

3) Under Gift Card, select the gift card that you want to use. Any available gift certificate balance is automatically applied to your cart. You can remove the gift certificate by scrolling down to Gift Certificates and tapping the highlighted gift certificate.

4) Check out your item.
