FAQ FOR BACHELORETTE AND PRIVATE PARTIES

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION ?
Go to VAGARO BOOKING PAGE. Under “Services” find Bachelorette party package that works best for you and complete the booking. You will be asked to leave your credit card on file, but the payment is due after your party class. Please note that you will be charged 1/2 the price for cancellation within 7 days and full price for cancellations within 3 days.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK ?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks before your party to ensure that you get the time and day you want.

Although we’re happy to accommodate bookings up to a week before your chosen date, we may not be able to provide as wide a range of times or have availability. If you’re looking far to the future, we recommend booking no more than 4 months out, to ensure that the studio and our staff are available. With that said, feel free to call us whenever you wish, and we can check our schedule for you. All parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis and the online schedule is in real time and shows current availability.

CAN WE CHANGE AT THE STUDIO ?

Yes, we have a large restroom where you can change before or after the party. We do have classes and parties scheduled around yours, so please plan accordingly.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ARRIVE ?

Once you arrive at the studio we will have everyone settle in, get set up, sign our group waiver and take care of any remaining payment on your party. After you've been introduced to the studio and your instructor, we will run you through a fun warm up to get the nervousness out of everyone and get some blood flowing before we start teaching you the routine. Toward the end of class, we will turn down the lights and run the routine with everyone a couple of times. There is usually 10-15 minutes at the end where we ask if the group would either like to learn one more move, take pictures, or run the routine again. The party ends with giving the Lady of the Hour a special dance especially for her!

CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL ?

We want to give you girls the best night ever and not have anyone get injured. Please keep in mind that hand & eye coordination will be needed, so while you can certainly bring a bottle of wine or champagne to celebrate, please enjoy it responsibly! You can even continue the party at a cool bar or restaurant in Soma . Alcohol is not allowed to be poured by The Dance Loft staff in the studio during parties due to our insurance policy and for the safety of those attending the class. For all bachelorette parties, if you choose to drink prior to getting to the studio, please do so responsibly and know that we reserve the right to ask anyone who we feel is overly intoxicated to sit out during the lesson. We are happy to recommend a good place to get a post-party drink in the neighborhood!

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR ?

Please wear comfortable workout clothes like yoga pants, t-shirts & leggings. Please also wear something cute or sexy to change into for your performance & photos. Because we teach chair, floor and lap dances, please bring heels. If you have any other questions, just let us know!

SHOULD WE ARRIVE EARLY AND WHERE DO WE PARK ?

We recommend planning on arriving 10 minutes before your start time. Upon arrival, all participants are required to sign a waiver. Please understand that there are classes and parties booked around yours. If you are running late, be aware that it will cut into your appointment time! If you arrive early, please enter quietly if there is another lesson in session. You can park anywhere on the streets around our studio. Please remember to not leave ANYTHING in your car!

HOW SHOULD WE PAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL GIRLS IN OUR PARTY ?

If there are more than 6 people in your party, you need to pay an additional per person charge ($45 per person) which is due the day of at the studio in full. We accept payment in either EXACT cash or in ONE transaction on a credit/debit card. Please, no multiple transactions!

SHOULD WE LEAVE OUR INSTRUCTOR A TIP ?

If you enjoy your party, you’re ALWAYS welcome to leave your instructor a tip. It’s always appreciated. Parties that tip generally leave from $40-$100. Although cash works best, we can also process tips on your credit card at the end of the party.
